This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and jjein. Please read it carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the jjein platform. By using jjein, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms & Conditions govern every aspect of your relationship with jjein — from the moment you register to every deposit, wager, and withdrawal you make.
jjein accounts are strictly available to individuals aged 21 and above. Registration implies that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
All financial transactions on jjein are governed by clear processing timelines, minimum and maximum thresholds, and KYC verification requirements. These rules apply equally to Bitcoin, USDT, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transactions.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jjein are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. These terms are detailed in each individual promotion page and must be read alongside these general Terms.
jjein operates all casino games using independently audited Random Number Generators. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, or collude with other players will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms. In any case, jjein accounts are strictly personal and may not be used on behalf of another individual.
To register a jjein account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the jjein platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. jjein reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jjein account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jjein strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account and using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform.
You agree to notify jjein's support team immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your account. jjein will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jjein will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jjein that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not carried out by you personally. jjein may — but is not obligated to — investigate suspicious account activity and may suspend an account pending investigation without prior notice.
jjein supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are published within the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. jjein does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.
For cryptocurrency deposits, jjein provides you with a unique wallet address. Deposits are credited to your account upon receipt of the required number of blockchain confirmations. jjein is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or incorrect network selection on the part of the player. Players must ensure they send assets on the correct network (e.g., USDT on TRC-20 vs ERC-20) as specified in the Cashier. Funds sent on an incorrect network may be unrecoverable.
jjein reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing any deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account or wallet registered in the same name as the jjein account. jjein does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal, jjein requires successful completion of identity verification (KYC). This process involves submission of a valid government-issued CNIC or passport, a recent proof of address, and — where applicable — verification of the payment method used for the initial deposit. jjein aims to complete KYC reviews within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documentation.

jjein reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request that is deemed unusual, high-value, or potentially inconsistent with normal account activity. Such checks may extend processing timelines. jjein will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player via the registered email address or live chat.
Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings directly attributable to it.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjein and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if jjein has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, jjein shall not be liable for:
In no event shall jjein's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjein account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jjein reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms, jjein reserves the right to withhold any or all balances in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all balances will be forfeited, and jjein may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct (for example, where jjein ceases operations in a given market), jjein will make reasonable efforts to return the player's Real Money Balance to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements.
You may request the voluntary closure of your jjein account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which jjein holds its international gaming licence, as may be amended from time to time.
In the event of any dispute between you and jjein, you agree to first contact jjein's support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved within five (5) business days through jjein's internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by jjein's applicable gaming regulatory framework. jjein will cooperate fully with any such process and will provide all relevant account and transaction records upon request.
You agree that any claim or dispute arising from your use of the Platform must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the relevant cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
jjein reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect the rights or obligations of registered players — jjein will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes to formatting) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address registered to your jjein account remains accurate and accessible. jjein will not be liable for any failure to receive notifications resulting from an incorrect or inaccessible email address.
The version of these Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall govern the resolution of any dispute relating to that transaction or event, unless superseded by a subsequently agreed amendment.
